You may turn off Autopay permanently by contacting customer support at hello@zurp.com.
If you decide to turn off Autopay, you can pay off your balance by scheduling one-time payments, by using the Zurp App to authorize us to make a one-time transfer to us from your Cash Account or ACH transfer from a Linked External Account on or before the end of each Credit Cycle.
