First, log in then navigate to the settings page by tapping the gear wheel symbol on the upper right of the app on the home screen.
Select Card Settings then tap on Replace Card. Next, you can choose the reason for a replacement and tap on Request Card. Confirm your address before submitting your request to Replace Card and that’s it, your new card will be on the way.
